| Penny co-founded Options Consulting Pty Ltd in 1992 and is responsible for overall business operations. She has a wide range of recruitment experience working in Australia and overseas, including twelve years with Premier Staff. Penny has over twenty (20) years experience working with corporate entities and their recruitment needs and is well known for her industry expertise and problem resolution skills. A Certified Recruitment Consultant and a former industry tutor she is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Penny is a qualified behavioural & competency based interviewer and is accredited by Saville & Holdsworth. She regularly attends industry related seminars and conferences and is a keen developer & educator of staff. |

Julie Turner Manager, Temporary Division |
| Julie has worked closely with Penny in the day-to-day running of business operations since 1993. She is also responsible for the management of the Temporary Division & Payroll Services. Working in the recruitment and business sectors for over twenty (20) years, both in Sydney and London, her knowledge of temporary recruitment is vast. Julie is a member of the Recruitment Consulting Services Association (MRCSA) and is an avid supporter of industry related training, seminars and conferences and has also been responsible for the ongoing success of our Sydney / London affiliation with London-based Victoria Wall Associates. |

Jill Brownlie Consultant, Temporary Division |
| Jill joined Options Consulting Pty Ltd in October 2000 and has over 15 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant in both the Temporary & Permanent Divisions. Jill is an expert 'Relationship Manager' and has worked on large accounts within the IT and Investment banking arenas. Jill works closely with Julie Turner in the Temporary Division and is also actively involved in ensuring the smooth transition of all temporary candidates from Australia to our UK affiliate and return. |

Lee Nelson Consultant, Permanent Division |
| Lee joined our team in 2010 as a senior consultant, and, working alongside Penny Perkins, manages the permanent recruitment assignments. Commencing her career in the hospitality sector, Lee worked in a variety of client service and administration roles. Her expertise over the last few years developed into events management where she was responsible for the 360 degree management of both key clients and their major events. She has recently undertaken RCSA accredited recruitment training and will actively be involved in further educational programs. |

| Liesel commenced her career in hospitality after completing her tertiary education - Bachelor Social Science. She joined our team in 2010 concurrently with commencing Certificate IV in Human Resources Management studies at Ultimo TAFE. Liesel is responsible for providing administration and para-consulting support to the temporary and permanent consulting teams. |
